Overview

MetroPal ("we", "our", or "the app") is a BART transit app for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what

information is collected when you use MetroPal.

Information We Collect

Information stored locally on your device only:

• Your selected BART station preferences

• Widget configurations you create

• Favorite stations you save

• App launch count (used only to determine when to ask for an App Store review)

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

Location Data:

• MetroPal may request access to your device's location solely to identify nearby BART stations

• Your location is never stored, shared, or transmitted to any server

• Location access is optional and can be denied without affecting core app functionality

Purchase Information:

• If you subscribe to MetroPal Pro, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store

• We do not collect or store your payment details, name, or email address

• RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) receives an anonymous device identifier and your subscription status only, with no

personally identifiable information
